With that is out of the way, I'd love to first share with you why this site exists. My wife, Stacey, and I moved to this area with our three teenage daughters in early 2019. In January 2021, we started a Social Purpose Corporation [WeHeartCleElumRoslyn, SPC] with the purpose of exploration of community outreach.
The Salvation Army is the nation's largest direct provider of social services. Annually, we help millions overcome poverty, addiction, and spiritual and economic hardships by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ and meeting human needs in His name without discrimination in nearly every zip code.
By providing food, shelter, eviction prevention assistance, emergency disaster relief, rehabilitation, after-school and summer youth programs, spiritual enrichment, and more, The Salvation Army is doing the most good at nearly 7,000 centers of operation around the country.
The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

We are The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the largest nonprofit dedicated to creating a world without blood cancers. Since 1949, we’ve invested more than $1.3 billion in groundbreaking research, pioneering many of today’s most innovative approaches. We work tirelessly to find cures and ensure patients can access the lifesaving treatments they need. When someone experiences the fear and uncertainty of a cancer diagnosis, we provide hope, compassion, education and support. And we are making an impact in the cancer community. More than 70 years of fighting blood cancers has led us to a game changing belief. The cures for cancer are in our blood.
We focus on three key areas:
Research We are the largest nonprofit funder of blood cancer research.
Advocacy We advocate at the state and federal level for policies to ensure blood cancer patients have access to affordable care and the most innovative therapies.
Patient Support We are the leading source of free information and support for blood cancer patients, including help finding appropriate clinical trials.
Within our Mission, we are committed to providing information, resources and support to those affected by blood cancers through various campaigns, including, Team in Training, Light the Night, Man & Woman of the Year, Student of the Year, Big Climb, and Hero Squad.
Honoring the sacrifices of those that protect our community and country by providing mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders, Gold Star families, and catastrophically injured veterans. If you would like to become a donor, volunteer, or sponsor, please reach out to info@t2t.org
STEPHEN'S STORY
Firefighter Stephen Gerard Siller was the youngest of seven children born to Mae and George Siller. At the age of eight Stephen’s father died and a year and a half later he also lost his mother, which left him an orphan to be raised by his older siblings. For a while Stephen went through a period of struggle, but because of the love of his siblings and the values instilled in him by his parents, he grew up to be an extraordinary individual and dedicated firefighter. More than most, he knew that time was precious and accomplished much in his 34 years.
On September 11, 2001, Stephen had just gotten off the late shift at Squad 1, Park Slope, Brooklyn. He was on his way to play golf with his brothers when his scanner told of the first plane hitting the Twin Towers. When he heard the news, Stephen called his wife Sally and asked her to tell his brothers he would catch up with them later, and then returned to Squad 1 to get his gear.
Stephen drove his truck to the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, but it was already closed. So he strapped 60 lbs. of gear to his back, rushed on foot through gridlocked traffic and ran from the Tunnel to the Towers where he gave up his life while saving others.
Stephen had everything to live for, a great wife, five wonderful children, devoted extended family and friends. Stephen’s parents were lay Franciscans and he grew up under the guiding philosophy of St. Francis of Assisi, “While we have time, let us do good.” Stephen’s life and heroic death serve as reminder to us all to live life to the fullest and to spend our time here on earth doing good – this is his legacy.

We’re a nonprofit organization based out of the Redmond, Washington in the United States that believes God loves people and has a plan to help them. The despair growing in our Pacific Northwest is not part of that plan. But you are. We help local professionals use their available hours wisely right in their own communities to create hope for people who need it most.
THEY BRING THE NEED.
YOU BRING THE VOLUNTEERS.
The problems growing in our communities are not standalone issues. Neglect leads to substance abuse leads to poverty leads to homelessness leads to hunger. The challenges are interconnected. To change the downward cycle, shouldn’t the relief agencies and volunteers be connected, too?
